Return and Refund Policy
At 151Collectables, all sales are considered final. However, at management's discretion, returns may be accepted under specific conditions. Below are the details for how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
Returns are only considered upon approval by management. Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Both sealed and unsealed products must be returned in the exact condition they were packaged and shipped. Any discrepancies in the condition of returned items, including damage, missing components, or tampering, will result in termination of the refund process. In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the purchaser, and no refund will be issued. To request a return, email us at 151Collectablesllc@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a packaging or fulfillment issue on our end.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for returns that meet the condition requirements outlined above. Refunds will also be processed for orders canceled due to inventory or fulfillment challenges.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to an issue on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. Management will review the case, and if approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Exclusions
Returns and refunds are not available for final sale or clearance items.
